If it could detect heart beats, it would probably detect the sound of your movement in other ways. It can't really be a chemicle in the blood unless you are not a carbon-based organism. And if you are not, then you would really be in trouble in so many ways . . .

Hehe, you might have to be a Halogen-based life form. There are a couple of those.

Well the whole thought is to be less detectable by most sensors making the race perfect for assasinations it could be just a chemical in the blood just leave it alone ^_^ except you forgot that Bioscanners detect cognative activity. if you think they know your there.

not in the terms of these scanners, they detect cognative activity by searching for nerve impulses, i thought you'd have known that.

but my ships' corridors are lined with them, cost isn't a requirement. and i've passed the advice on to my superiors. so, it won't be a blip, it'll be "We have a moving target of good size approaching location X dispatching security teams to investigate." (but then my ship would shoot you, and ask questions later. seeing as my weapons systems use a series of blasters pointed at random directions, and the internal compartments are all mag. sealed, meaning lots and lots of bolts flying arount the cabin at haphazard angles, far faster than even the 'demon bouncy balls of doom'.)
